Dionysodoros.<div xmlns="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" type="textpart" subtype="fragment" n="I"><lb n="3"/>Unter dem Archon Archias; die Akamantis<lb n="4"/>hatte die neunte (Prytanie) inne; Kephisodoros S.d. Athenophanes<lb n="5"/>aus dem Demos Phlya<hi rend="sup">VII</hi> war Sekretär; von den Vorsitzenden leitete<lb n="6"/>die Abstimmung Protias aus dem Demos Acharnai; Euboulides<lb n="7"/>S.d. Antiphilos aus dem Demos Halimous stellte den Antrag: Worüber Diosko-<lb n="8"/>rides aus Abdera ein Gesuch einbrachte im Rat und dies als berechtigt<lb n="9"/>anerkannt wurde, wolle beschließen der Rat: dass die<lb n="10"/>Vorsitzenden, die ausgelost werden zum Vorsitz bei der<lb n="11"/>ersten Volksversammlung, ihn einführen vor<lb n="12"/>das Volk und verhandeln lassen und die<lb n="13"/>Beschlussvorlage des Rates im Volk einbringen, wonach<lb n="14"/>der Rat beschließt, dass, da Wohltäter des Volkes<lb n="15"/>der Athener waren Dioskourides und seine<lb n="16"/>Brüder Charmes and Anaxipolis, die Söhne des Dio-<lb n="17"/>nysodoros aus Abdera, sich ihrer annehmen<lb n="18"/>der Rat und die Generäle und die<lb n="19"/>Archonten in den Städten der<lb n="20"/>Athener, damit ihnen kein Unrecht geschieht; dass man<lb n="21"/>belobige Dioskourides und ihn zum Festbankett lade<lb n="22"/>ins Prytaneion für morgen. – </div><div xmlns="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" type="textpart" subtype="fragment" n="II"><lb n="22"/>                        Diopeithes<lb n="23"/>S.d. Dioskourides<lb n="2"/><hi rend="smallit">        vacat</hi> son of Dionysodoros.<div xmlns="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" type="textpart" subtype="fragment" n="I"><lb n="3"/>In the archonship of Archias (346/5), in the<lb n="4"/>ninth, of Akamantis, for which Kephisodoros son of Athenophanes<lb n="5"/>of Phlya was secretary. Of the presiding committee<lb n="6"/>Protias of Acharnai was putting to the vote. Euboulides<lb n="7"/>son of Antiphilos of Halimous proposed: concerning those things<lb n="8"/>for which Dioskourides of Abdera is deemed to have made legal supplication<lb n="9"/>in the Council, the Council shall resolve: that the<lb n="10"/>presiding committe allotted to preside in the<lb n="11"/>next Assembly shall introduce him<lb n="12"/>to the People and put the matter on the agenda and submit<lb n="13"/>the opinion of the Council to the People that<lb n="14"/>it seems good to the Council, since<lb n="15"/>Dioskourides and his brothers,<lb n="16"/>Charmes and Anaxipolis<lb n="17"/>the sons of Dionysodoros of Abdera, were benefactors of the Athenian People,<lb n="18"/>the Council and the generals<lb n="19"/>and the archons in the cities<lb n="20"/>of the Athenians shall take care of them so that they come to no harm;<lb n="21"/>and to praise Dioskourides and invite him to hospitality<lb n="22"/>in the city hall tomorrow. </div><div xmlns="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" type="textpart" subtype="fragment" n="II"><lb n="22"/>                Diopeithes<lb n="23"/>son of Diopeithes of Sphettos proposed: concerning those things<lb n="24"/>for which Dioskourides is deemed to have made legal supplication to the People,<lb n="25"/>in order that the Athenian People may honour<lb n="26"/>its benefactors and take care of<lb n="27"/>friends of the city in need at any time,<lb n="28"/>the People shall resolve: in other respects as proposed by the Council,<lb n="29"/>but Dioskourides and Charmes and<lb n="30"/>Anaxipolis, the children of Dionysodoros<lb n="31"/>of Abdera, shall be permitted<lb n="32"/>to live at Athens until they return<lb n="33"/>to their own city; and they shall pay<lb n="34"/>capital taxes - - - with<lb/>- - -</div></ab></div>
