Antiphilos aus dem Demos Halimous stellte den Antrag: Worüber Diosko-rides aus Abdera ein Gesuch einbrachte im Rat und dies als berechtigtanerkannt wurde, wolle beschließen der Rat: dass dieVorsitzenden, die ausgelost werden zum Vorsitz bei derersten Volksversammlung, ihn einführen vordas Volk und verhandeln lassen und dieBeschlussvorlage des Rates im Volk einbringen, wonachder Rat beschließt, dass, da Wohltäter des Volkesder Athener waren Dioskourides und seineBrüder Charmes and Anaxipolis, die Söhne des Dio-nysodoros aus Abdera, sich ihrer annehmender Rat und die Generäle und dieArchonten in den Städten derAthener, damit ihnen kein Unrecht geschieht; dass manbelobige Dioskourides und ihn zum Festbankett ladeins Prytaneion für morgen. –

In the archonship of Archias (346/5), in theninth, of Akamantis, for which Kephisodoros son of Athenophanesof Phlya was secretary. Of the presiding committeeProtias of Acharnai was putting to the vote. Euboulidesson of Antiphilos of Halimous proposed: concerning those thingsfor which Dioskourides of Abdera is deemed to have made legal supplicationin the Council, the Council shall resolve: that thepresiding committe allotted to preside in thenext Assembly shall introduce himto the People and put the matter on the agenda and submitthe opinion of the Council to the People thatit seems good to the Council, sinceDioskourides and his brothers,Charmes and Anaxipolisthe sons of Dionysodoros of Abdera, were benefactors of the Athenian People,the Council and the generalsand the archons in the citiesof the Athenians shall take care of them so that they come to no harm;and to praise Dioskourides and invite him to hospitalityin the city hall tomorrow.
